How it Works:

I will create a web page for you to look at the properties meeting your criteria.  Your first email will be your largest because it will have every property that fits your criteria on the report, if there are any.

Your email reports after that will only have new listings or changed listings that meet your parameters.  Generally, properties under contract are removed from your list. However there may be some exceptions.  To understand how this works a little better, please read about our MLS status codes here.

You can receive email updates up to twice a day or as far apart as every 3 weeks.  I typically do not send you an email that says there are no new/changed listings today.  But, I can if you want me to.

A note of caution: Your account will be closed if you don't log into the system to check the listings that have been sent after 30 days of inactivity.   

You can also opt out at any time too.  No pressure, no obligation.  But it would really be appreciated if you let me help you find your next property!
